Ceramic Tiles Factory Keramin JSC is a modern factory equipped with advanced technologies and brand-new ceramic machinery of world-wide leading manufacturers. Since 1990 the company collaborates with Sacmi Imola S.C., the world-wide leading Italian manufacturer of ceramic machinery. Large-scale modernization of production was a result of successful cooperation. The company uses unique innovative solutions, constantly updates technological process and production cycles in order to manufacture unique products. It became possible to imitate various textures of natural stones, textiles, wood, metal.
The company is constantly working on update of its products’ assortment. Since 1997 a new unique product, porcelain GRES, has been produced with the use of machinery of Sacmi Imola S.C., Italy. Porcelain GRES (GRES porcellanato in Italian) is one of the newest technologies in ceramic production. Porcelain GRES is produced with implementation of hight technologies and represents the new generation of ceramics, which not only imitates natural stones, but reproduces their properties by the use of natural raw materials and modern high technologies.
Porcelain GRES of Keramin JSC was successfully tested to comply with European standards and has been approved in the Bologna Ceramics Center, Italian official control center. Its technical, operating and aesthetic characteristics are competitive to the same products of Spanish and Italian manufacturers, its quality and design are being admired by leading largest manufacturers of ceramic tiles and porcelain GRES.
The company constantly updates and improves its technological process. For example, in 2000-2003 the major part of machinery was updated. Italian machinery of the «System S.p.A.» and implementation of the ROTOCOLOR design application technology was assembled. 3rd firing line of ÊÅÌÀÑ S.p.a., Italy, for production of listels/trims and 2 lines for production of decorative special pieces was installed, which allowed to complete, diversify and enrich the existing collections of ceramic tiles. Today we can produce new, relevant and up-to-date products, attractive collections, tiles of innovative textures and sophisticated designs. Transport lines are working at their maximum capacity 360 days a year providing constant production in necessary volumes of high-quality products for customers, which in its turn allows them to maintain optimal stock of products in points of sale and fully satisfy the requirements of consumer market.
In 2003-2004 the company certified the production quality system for all types of tiles (including listels) and sanitaryware according to CTB ISO 9001-2001. This international standard guarantees compliance with international quality standards in production, handling and storage phases.
In December 2005 the company was granted Ecological Compliance Certificate, which confirms the compliance of the company’s controlling environmental system of operation and production with the CTB ISO 14001-2005 requirements. It confirms ecologically safe production and high control quality of the Keramin Joint-Stock Company.
Assortment of manufactured products is diverse. There are more than 30 collections of bright and dark tiles for interiors, decors and trims, including relief decorative elements, and floor tiles. The collections are being produced in various color solutions.
We also produce non-collection wall tiles, glazed floor tiles and various kinds of porcelain GRES – more than 20 collections and designs.
