On 8 April 2011, Minsk State Youth and Children Palace held the official award presentation for the winners and laureates of the contest “For the best achievement in the construction industry of the Republic of Belarus in 2010”.
Large size porcelain gres manufactured by KERAMIN won the prize “Technology of the year” in the category of “Manufacturing of new products for construction industry on the basis of implemented in-house research and development”.

As a result of implementation of the strategy aimed at ventilated facades market development, in 2009 KERAMIN JSC launched production of large-size porcelain gres. Façade porcelain gres from KERAMIN JSC is the most recent artificial material for finishing applications, based on employment of natural components.

After starting the new production line, KERAMIN offers porcelain gres for finishing ventilated facades with qualitative characteristics not inferior to those of Italian manufacturers and at prices comparable with Russian, Polish and even Chinese goods.

For this project, innovative technologies and the modern equipment, developed and put into practice in the world within the latest 2 – 4 years, were employed (in particular, equipment by Italian companies such as SACMI, LB, SYSTEM). The same equipment and technologies are employed at Italian factories producing ceramic tiles and porcelain gres.
Nowadays, the new technology applied on the production line FMP-2950 makes it possible to produce large-size porcelain gres, used not only in Belarus  but also in many foreign countries.

The new large size porcelain gres from KERAMIN JSC was used for finishing facades of dwelling houses as well as administrative buildings in Minsk, Pinsk, Kobrin, Moscow, Kazan, Dnepropetrovsk and other cities and towns.
